UPS Delivery

Hello-

My package was delivered to Sheffield Uk and it says who is was received by and then says left at dock?!?! What does that mean? Is is okay? Wouldn't think it would've been a problem considering I bought the round courier service from VFS Global site. so the address is correct.

That's the normal delivery notation.  They get many MANY deliveries each day.  It's there.  Try to distract yourself while you wait.

Mine said that too.  My partner says the "dock" where she works is the area behind the reception desk.

My best advice--1. Don't panic if you don't get update emails from Sheffield (a good chunk of us didn't.  And we panicked whilst waiting  lol).  2. Keep checking the UPS tracking site (again a good chunk of us found out parcel was on its way back from UPS before we heard from Sheffield)  (I got "decision" email from Sheffield same day that parcel arrived)
