My memory of Hydrox is that they were just an inferior copy of Oreos. Am I thinking of the wrong thing?
I am full of useless information...
Hydrox cookies actually came out before Oreos. Oreos became the popular brand and Hydrox took second fiddle. I always thought Hydrox were the 'store brand' of Oreo until I got bored and read about it one day.

I double checked and it was 4 years. Hydrox was 1908, Oreo was 1912. Hard to believe they've been around for over 100 years! I don't remember Oreo celebrating that birthday/anniversary...
My favourite Oreos, other than the normal ones, are the mint ones! The US ones are better, the mint flavour isn't as strong if you buy UK made ones.
And I gotta ask. What do you all think a serving of Oreos is? My husband teased me for eating 4 of them today.
