Actually, I just had a thought: considering the fact that they asked for the IHS to be paid for your son and then sent the decision made emails right after, I would guess that the visas have been approved.
Surely they wouldn't ask for the IHS to be paid if they were just going to turn around and refund it right afterward? Otherwise, they could have just refused it in August, without asking you to pay the extra IHS.
That's what I was thinking, it wouldn't make sense to ask for IHS just to refund right after. It seems to me they were waiting on IHS to be paid so they could approve and send them out.
On another note, we no longer live at the address listed on the visas, and apparently whoever is there now is refusing any and all deliveries with our names.
I've signed up for MyUps, and asked that they be delivered to a UPS store without attempting delivery at our old address. Does anyone know if UPS will do this? They say some deliveries can't be changed.
I can pay $40 for a two hour delivery window, which I guess is better than an entire day spent at a house I no longer live in like some weird stalker. 😆
