The other day I was walking across the Millennium Bridge and there was this guy painting the deck with tiny brushes. It was crowded and I couldn't get close enough to figure out what's going on.
This morning I stopped to look closely and saw that many of the gum spots had been transformed into tiny pieces of art. Here's some pictures-
