Salary requirements?

A question regarding salary requirement of UK spouse. My wife has been in the UK for 8 months. She has 6 months of pay slips totaling 14,768 pounds. She has move to a lower paying position with a different employer this week. At £16,372 (pro rata). How will this affect my family application within the next 2 months? She will have made the required salary for a 12 month period. Thanks for any help in advance. Joe

Yeah, I'm afraid she needs to continue to make the minimum amount required and the job needs to continue for the foreseeable future to have the visa approved.  As soon as you get over on your visa though, you can start working and your income can be counted towards the next visa.
