stupid question about citizenship application
« on: February 22, 2017, 08:18:33 PM »
Okay so I am finally getting around to my citizenship application. Because even though I have qualified for a while, I was busy and then every spring the price went up. This year I am getting it sorted.

One very stupid question. I have my two people who agreed to be referees. One is of the list of professions required.

Do I need to type their stuff onto the application or do I just give them the page with my picture and they write the answers in pen? I told you it was a stupid question. But I can't find guidance anywhere on this incredibly dumb minor thing that has me in a total panic.

If I type in their answers it seems like I could just make up anything and have them sign it, it feels like it would be more genuine if its hand written (even though the typed version would be their own words). But will that look weird? And now I wonder if the whole thing should be handwritten or typed or a combination?  Do they care? People don't get denied citizenship because part of the application is written in pen, do they?
