ILR Savings only route on new rules

I can't believe it's almost been 5 years in the UK! Grateful I've survived it. Thanks to all on this board who have been my almost daily company

A few questions, we are thinking of applying for ILR doing the Savings only route. So by our calculations this would be £34,600. [£18,600 min. requirement + £16,000 maintenance required] Is this correct?

Also when is the earliest and latest I can apply? I entered the country on 9 Nov 2012
BRP says it's valid until 26-11-2017

Not sure about the savings but. But you can apply 28 days before you've been here for 5 years

I believe your savings requirement calculation is correct, and you need to hold that money in your account in full for 6 months before applying.
