No. Only the FLR form and all of the required documentation.

It's the exact same info you needed for your previous application plus mail/post.

Quick question about FLRM- do we still need a letter from landlord stating we live at our address if we already have our tenancy agreement with our names on it?

If both your names are on the tenancy agreement then you don't need a letter.
