Hi everyone, last couple of questions before we go to Sheffield on Monday. Thanks in advance for helping so much.
In section 10, personal history, my husband has a driving penalty from 2013 for driving whilst using the phone. He was given penalty points on his licence. Is this deemed a criminal conviction? Would I enter it under 10.2 as a conviction or under 10.3 as a penalty?
Also on question 6.7, it's asks when we started living together as partners. Does this mean since the beginning of our relationship or since we lived in the UK?
