To clarify: you already live together in the UK and you are switching from a Tier 5 visa to FLR(M)?
- pictures:
We have been together for two years, so I'm thinking 3-4 pictures of us together, and 2-3 pictures of us with friends. Am I allowed to just print them all our on A4 size paper? And maybe put dates on them or something...?
You only need 2 photos maximum. Only you and your husband in them, and none with friends at all. You just need to show you have met at least once in person.
Also, photos are only needed if you are applying by post. If it's an in-person appointment, you both attend, so no need to provide a photo.
- Letter from friend/manager: My husband and I met at my current work, and I thought it would be good to get a short paragraph from my manager (who is also my friend of 4 years).
Don't include this. It cannot be considered.
Only a letter from your sponsor can be considered for the visa... and that's not even a requirement for FLR(M) anyway.
- chat history: I'm not sure what to do for this... can anyone suggest how much I should give them, or if any? I do not have much of our messages at the beginning of our relationship because we only talked on whatsapp, and I got a new phone (and my old one broke so I can't get to my old messages...).
And am I allowed to black out our messages to each other? And keep just our names?
If you live together currently, you do not need to include any chat history or trip evidence at all... because your relationship proof is your 'up to' 6 documents showing you live together.
If you were to include chat history, it should only be 1-2 sheets of paper showing a list of dates and times. No message content should be included.
- We also got married very recently, so I'm going to write a short letter explaining why we JUST got married... I'm sure it doesn't make a difference, but I want to make sure to prove that we didn't get married because of convenience (we have been fiances for a year).
Nope, no need for this either.
However, it can go in your husband's sponsor letter if he decides to include one - he should outline how you meet each requirement of the visa:
- finances
- accommodation
- short relationship history

So, in short, as you already live together and you are applying for FLR(M) from inside the UK, all you need to send for relationship evidence is:
- marriage certificate
- 1 or 2 photos
- your 6 documents showing you live together (or less, if you don't have 6 yet)
Plus, your sponsor can include a letter of support, but this is not a mandatory document and people have been approved without one.
