Accommodation Requirements and anything else?

My Spouse is currently in the UK interviewing(fingers crossed)  We live in the US.  I am trying to get all the paper work together for the spouse visa.  We will be staying with his dad when we 1st go over so I wanted to get what I need from him while my spouse is there .  I know we are supposed to have the land deed which I told him I was curious what the letter from my father in law should say about us staying with him.  Also is there anything else he should get while he is there.  Lastly can someone send me the link that states what the employer letter should say?

You need the land registry document and a letter from your fil stating that he gives both of you permission to live with him. It should mention the number of rooms and other occupants and state that there will be no overcrowding.
