FLR(M) - pay rise and financial requirement
« on: July 31, 2017, 09:29:02 AM »
Hi all

My husband and I have our in person appointment for further leave to remain on Friday.

I have one query, and I was hoping someone else has been in the same position before!

I've just had a pay rise, which took effect on 1 July - so my most recent payslip is for the new salary. Even though I've been with the same employer on a permanent contract for three years.

Which route have people used when this has happened? Category A or B?

I'm finding the table on the application a little hard to fill in, because it seems as though I don't exactly fit into the categories.

I'd be grateful for any help!

Thanks

Category A.

Have your employer write the new salary in their letter with the effective date.   :)
