Reporting birth for two kids - appointment scheduling

Hiya

I booked the kids in for their Embassy appointment but as theres nothing on their about siblings i just booked 2 appointments half hour apart. I thought maybe i could call the Embassy after and tell them in case they want to change it but no you cant get through to anyone.

Do you think that will be ok? Anyone else done that?
