I am Turkish and my fiancée he is British citizen and we want to get married in Turkey. Does he have to bring anything from UK?Or can we take the paperworks from the British embassy's in Turkey?

You should check out this post on all of the requirements to marry in Turkey.

There are a number of documents he'll need to receive to prove he is eligible to marry.
