FLR(M) - Is a Property Inspection Report Required?

Hi all,
I'm applying for my FLR(M) after 2.5 years of marriage at the moment. We've submitted the online application and booked an appointment for 6 September.
My husband and I remember needing to get a property inspection report from the city council for the first spouse visa and assumed we'd need to do that again, but it isn't listed in the document checklist. It costs around £150 in our city, so if it's not necessary, we'd rather not get it. Any advice?

It is not required and wasn't for your first visa either. 

These are really only necessary if you are living in a house of multiple occupation or other situation where there could be an overcrowding issue.
