Expecting!

Just found out we're expecting took an at home test we're around 4/5 weeks along. What do you start with here for pregnancy call gp? It's weird not having a obgyn? any advice tips?

Congratulations! 

The NHS is a bit more hands off but that's not necessarily a bad thing.  Just be your own advocate and mention anything that seems "off" no matter how minor it may be.

Enjoy your final weeks/months as a two-some!

Congrats!
Call your gp and let them know, and they should set you up with your local midwife team. I really liked the handsoff approach. They seem to keep just enough of an eye on your to check for abnormalities. If something is off, they do a great job of getting more hands on.
Sept 2001 - June 2006: studied at the University of Glasgow and the University of Strathclyde
Aug 2010 - Dec 2010: in UK on holiday visa
Jan 2011: issued fiancée visa
July 2011: issued FLR(M)
March 2012: DD1
June 2013: issued ILR
November 2013: DD2
