'Always logged in' not working?

Over the last few months, I've noticed that I have to log in to the forum almost every day...even though I have ticked the 'always stay logged in' button.

Prior to this, I never had to log in... the button was ticked and I was always logged in, 24-7.

It's not a huge deal... just wondering if this feature has changed, or if I'm doing something wrong.

That's weird. I do the same and I use Chrome with no issue.

What browser do you use? And have you tried clearing out your cache and cookies?

Sometimes IE gets left out of updates to websites. It could be that?

I would recommend this, sometimes cookies can get corrupted. Please let us know if it's still a problem.

Hiya... it's a new laptop, so hasn't had a lot of time to collect cookies, or build up a cache (if I'm understanding how it works!), but I cleared them anyway, and am still having the problem.   
Looks like I'm the only one, though... no one else has chimed in.

Perhaps there's an antivirus/security program or toolbar running that is resetting cookies when you close the browser? New computers tend to come with Norton or Mcafee.

It could be that maybe when you close down the browser it clears the cache/cookies.

I forgot to post that I think I managed to work out what the problem was.  I was permanently logged on at work, and I guess that was causing problems for being logged on permanently at 2 locations.  Once I signed out of UKY on my work computer, the permanent log-on from my home computer worked fine!

Strange, works fine for me on both home & work computer. I use Google Chrome - I guess it works for me as I'm signed into the browser & everything is synced.
