Quick Advice Needed - Christmas Turkey!
« on: December 25, 2005, 10:21:46 AM »

We picked up our turkey from the butcher yesterday and it's been in the fridge until this morning. I've just taken it out and I think it smells a bit off. The odour isn't overbearing but smells somewhat sour. That's the meat gone bad, isn't it? I'm pretty sure it is but since that's our Christmas dinner f**ked I wanted to make absolutely sure it couldn't be something else.

Please help!!
I know I'm late - where's the booze?

If it's smelling sour, I would NOT cook it.
