I just realized after I mailed all of my documents that I didn't write my IHS number anywhere on my application. Is there any way for me to get this information to the folks at Sheffield? I was so stressed out about this whole process and I'm freaking out realizing that I left that information out. 
Don't panic! They can look it up from their end.
You should have included the receipt but even if you didn't, it won't be a problem. If by any chance they didn't check first, they would send you a request to pay it and you could just send your IHS number then.
