Employment letter FLR (M).. Again...
« on: December 10, 2017, 09:39:04 PM »
Hey guys, hope everyone had a great snowy weekend lol.

So we are having a bit of an issue with my husbands employment letter, it has been sent by post for the fourth time after adding the information we need. However, the signature is a digital one (we requested for a wet signature) but they said this is how their system generates the letter and they can't change it or customize it (the HR department). We really don't know what to do at this point, we have everything else pretty much ready and set including the payslips and it's letter, the p60 and his original contract but we are really struggling with getting his company to send out the letter with a wet signature (been dealing with them for 3 weeks now)

Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do? He is planing on talking to his manager but can't really guarantee anything out of it.

Thanks,
Belqis

If it’s been sent by post on company letterhead, then it’s an original letter, which is what matters.

So, I’d just submit it as it is without a wet signature.

My husbands employment letter only came with a digital signature. It was printed from the computer at his work by his manager. It is how their intranet works. There is no way around it so I sent it as is for 2 visas. Both were approved  (one in person) with no issue.
