Photocopy anything you would like returned.  I had my appointment at Croydon in May.  They wanted all my documents together in one big pile, no divisions, with the exception of my photocopies which I left in the plastic sleeve at the back.  They kept all of the photocopies- I would imagine that not including them would only extend the waiting period if they have to take their own.

I will photocopy of all the forms and certificates, do I need to photocopy all the correspondence and bank statements?

You only need to photocopy original documents that you want to be given back to you... or they might keep the originals.

Your documents look good, but you don't need to include the applicant's birth certificate.

Thank you so much for the feedback, this has been very hard for us to get ready for the interview. my husband is having a hard time dealing with the death of his Mom, we are still dealing with all the paperwork that is needed to sort everything out after her death.  His poor father (93) is just not able to deal with it.  We could have done without having to deal with FLR(M) right now but I think we have everything..
