Spousal Visa - VAF4A questions

Hi All!

My husband (UKC) and I (USC) are filling out the Appendix 2 (VAF4A December 2013) form and are unsure how to answer the following:

1.28 details question - We have a daughter who lives with us both so to section 1.27 we checked Yes and provided her details. On 1.28 again we checked Yes for her and then provided her name and date of birth. Under the details box there is a question of how much is spent per month. I have no clue how to answer this?? She is 9 years old and in school so the only thing we really "spend" on her is food and daily living cost which I am unsure how to tally. Any insight into if this is what they are asking for? If so we would put around £150 a month (if that)

2.7 Do I need to include the passport details for the other people living in the property? I ask because one of the people does not have a passport.


General question about supporting documents.

Can someone link me to where to get the Scottish Land Registry documents from? We seem to be struggling with this for some reason. Does it cost £21? We keep ending up on a website that charges that amount for the documentation and I am unsure if that is correct. In lieu of the Land Registry can we provide Mortgage statement and the letter of consent to stay with?
