Hello again guys,

Got married to my long term partner in the USA in November, following long deliberation of the easiest route for us to live together in the UK.

He is in the UK atm, I am in the US - trying to apply for my family of a settled person visa...

We are trying to follow the website instructions but the website wont let us create an account, nor is the help page or the contact us page working.

Are we doing something wrong? We cant find who to ask, or suss what the issue is.

It is causing a fair amount of anxiety.

Any help would be really appreciated

How far have you managed to get in the registration process?

It looks to be working okay to me... it takes me to the page for registering, but I haven’t tried to create an account.

It was working last night in the wee hours of the morning for me.  Have you got as far as them sending you the verification email that you click on to activate your account?  Or is it failing before that step, even?

You might try a different browser. I had issues with chrome and had to download firefox for it to display correctly.
