I've had really good results with an app on my phone called 8fit. There is an annual charge for it (£46? Don't quote me on that.) and the best part is that there are no meetings.
It's not really a diet thing, more of a lifestyle change thing, and I love it because you can set a meal plan for the week (out of provided recipes, after telling the app what foods you like/don't like and whether you want quick cook meals, etc) and make a shopping list out of it to take to the store. Definitely the thing I've always found about "dieting" was knowing where to start and what to eat, and feeling overwhelmed as a result... This takes the guesswork out completely, which I love.
It also has various exercises on it that you can do, but I mostly use it for the meals and meal tracking. 100% recommend it.
