There's a BBC article on the question here.  I admit to some personal bias in this matter, but I like this quote from Jacob Rees Mogg, "I can see no reason to give preference to people from the EU after we've left. Why should we discriminate against our Commonwealth friends, against our American friends, the very large Indian population in this country? Surely we should prioritise members of their family against people from the EU with whom we have no connection?"

Not that it matters. My immigration journey will be long finished by the time Brexit occurs.  Only a few week's till I pay my last visa application fee ever (hopefully!), so whatever they decide won't directly affect me.

Well spotted.  Maybe if we had both groups of immigrants we can have enough people to work at the Curry restaurant AND Zizzi's.  And maybe others will go out to dinner at Zizzi's so they don't go out of business.

By the way, I loved Theresa May's speech the other day. "This is going to suck and we'll all be poorer ". Too bad she didn't give it before the referendum.  With that speech, she would have done 10 times more than Corbyn every did to stop Brexit.
