28 day rule
« on: April 10, 2018, 08:10:07 AM »
So I know financial evidence needs to be dated within 28 days of the application, but does the day of the application count as a day?

I applied 28th Feb, and my payslip and bank statement print outs are also dated that same day, 28th.

Is this an issue?

Nope, that's fine.

The rule is that they cannot be dated more than 28 days before the online application date.

So, say you applied online on Feb 28th and you mailed the documents on March 5th:

- If the latest bank statement, payslip and employer letter are dated between Jan 31st and March 5th, that’s fine, because those dates are within 28 days of Feb 28th.

- If they are dated on or before Jan 30th, they will not meet the requirement.
