I'm finally entering the last stages - my biometric appointment is on Monday! I think I have everything together, I just had one question.
I have three children, none of which are going to be included as dependents on my visa application. My sponsor and I have twin girls who are dual US/UK citizens. As of right now they do not have UK passports, but they do have their Certificates of Registration as British Citizens.
I also have a son from a previous relationship who will be staying with his father for the school years and visiting us during his summer holidays.
What documents should I provide in regards to my children? So far I have...
For my daughters, who will be living with us in the UK as UK citizens:
*US Passports, with copies.
*Birth Certificates, with copies.
*Adoption Orders, with copies (my husband adopted them last year).
*Certificates of Registration as British Citizens, with copies.
For my son, who will not be settling with us:
*US Passport, with copy.
*Birth Certificate, with copy.
*Custody Agreement that states he will stay with his father and visit us in the UK during his summer holidays. It also shows I am not required to pay any child support, with copy.
Is this too much? Not enough?
