NHS Surcharge fee increase
« on: March 18, 2020, 12:45:55 PM »
I saw in the advisories that the NHS surcharge fee is increasing from £400 to £620 and panicked but after looking it up online I found an article that said it will be taking place as of October 2020 can anyone confirm what I found is correct? The link below is where I found this:

For adults on a non-shortage occupation visa, yes, it will be £624. Children and students (tier 4) will  be less.

Shortage occupation is those who get a Tier 2 General work visa AND the job they are going to do with their employer sponsor, is on the UK's shortage occupation list.  If the sponsor is a spouse, then the IHS will be £624.

Yes.
