Spring move to UK planned-tell me what I need to know

Hello.....I am planning on moving to England in the Spring for work  in the NHS and would like any advice i can get on moving to UK.  What to ship vs buy there?  Finding housing with pets who are my family and are not being left behind...(I know way more about the pet scheme than I care).  Any way, any idea would be of benefit.

Welcome! Do some searches on this site. There are lots of threads about your questions already out there. Do a bit of reading here and then, if you have more specific questions, just post them in the appropriate areas! You'll find loads of great info on here!  :)
