We did find an email in spam and clicked on the link and used the code they gave us. Guess what....that didn't work either!! How can this be such a ridiculous process? And then for them to charge a fee because of something that is their fault?? 'Tis all beyond me. In the meantime, we really need to get this done.
If all else fails, we'll get up early tomorrow and call the "help" line and keep fingers crossed something positive happens.
It seems that we are not the only ones having this problem, by the way.
