Wow, I'd probably not be able to work in that environment. I looked up health and safety recommendations for desk space because they were so close together in areas of the office I was in and you're definitely supposed to get more than that! There should be nearly 2m separating the back to back desks.

Not enough room. We've been like this for 2 years, but we're moving to new offices in October that have just been built.  They'll be daylight.  I will be so happy to not sit in a dungeon.

I really feel for anyone stuck at a desk all day.  Remember to do your stretches every so often! 

So in good news, my old "fat jeans" no longer fit.  So I'm wearing jeans that DO fit today.  They have rips in the knee.  I CANNOT tell you how many people have told me today that they are not allowed and gone all "oooooo, you're breaking the rules.  You're going to get told off."  <sigh>

So I'm hiding at my desk as much as possible today.    Gotta set a good example and all..

Today I did not move from my desk from about 8:30 until 2pm.  Went to the loo, got some water, went back to my desk and didn't move again until 6pm!
