I used to work at a Smoothie King and we used real pumpkin in the smoothies and it was absolute heaven

A pumpkin spice smoothie? Hmmm... I'd try it! In a smoothie I'd expect it to be a bit thicker. I just don't want thick coffee drinks. Creamy, yes. Thick, no.

I don't ever get them because they are loaded with sugar.

I buy all my sugar free syrups at TK Maxx and make my own. They have tons of flavours for £3.99 a bottle. And they also recently started carrying flavoured sugar free coffee foam in a pump.

In the summer, I buy the fruit flavoured syrups for my yogurt, cottage cheese and to flavor cheesecake and wheat free cakes.

They're limited to like Sept-November, too, so they're super common!

Yeah, I don't drink them anymore either. They're "healthy" but loaded with sugar, you're absolutely right about that.

soo delicious though!!

I saw the pumpkin spice syrup in TK Maxx the other day, but ended up buying sugar-free ICED CINNAMON ROLL syrup instead!
(not tried it yet, but.)

I got that one too Albatross. I've got about 10 syrups right now. I would have more but I have no storage for them.

You have an Instant Pot Margo! Make your own egg bites sans crappy fillers.

Oh I do! That was on the days I hadn't made them ahead of time. I'd probably be allergic to them now with my current luck.

I had a good choice of cafes in the USA so not something I noticed here.  I'm not a coffee drinker though, so...  a bit lost on me.

Oohhhh! Yep, explains a lot. It was too much for me. But at least you know it's real then.

hahah yeeep! It's obviously still not the healthiest because it's still coffee syrup, but it's nice to me to know they actually tried to put real pumpkin in it LOL

And of course, chorizo and pulled pork on a pancake.
