Ditto, Sara.  Have a fabulous Christmas; just forget about the moving boxes and madness and enjoy the time with your family and friends.

Keep us posted.  We'll all be thinking of you.   ;)

Ugh,, I have been trying to ignore this thread,, I havn't even gotten to meet you, but I feel it will be a little less sunny in this part of the world with you gone. I know you will be so happy being back near your family tho, especially with the baby growing up so quickly.  HUGS, and loads of good wishes for the move back across the pond  ;)

Aw, what a nice thing to see when I got online!!  ;D Thanks for the wishes, everyone. We're with the in-laws right now and heading to Heathrow on Monday. It doesn't feel like we're moving at all, except for minor details such as having no place to live, living out of suitcases, and things like that - and I suppose it is because of the time of year. For the last 3 years we've flown to the US on the day after boxing day so in that respect, flying on Monday is normal. It isn't going to occur to us that we've moved to America for a while, I think. We're booking our tickets to come back to England for 2 weeks in March/April, which is making us all happy. I'll miss living here, I always will. Just like I'll always miss living in America when I'm in England. Such is life.

SOOOO looking forward to this being over though. To just BE THERE already. Gah. Gahgah GAH.

Oh, and Philip is crawling now. Great timing, eh? ;) And has 4 more teeth!
I'm done moving. Unrepatriated back to the UK, here for good!
