Ok, having severed all ties to the State of California, and having no interest at all in their unique political voting issues at present, to be able to vote in the next Federal Election I'm going to have to contact the State of California, give them my old address and my current overseas address? I would prefer that my overseas address does not become public information, and it is my assumption that if I give it to the State it will wind up on a public electoral roll. Is that not correct?
