Edinburgh, experienced bookkeeper
« on: January 18, 2019, 10:52:08 AM »
I have never shared a job listing before, but I am familiar with this (rapidly growing) company and am confident that it is a good place to work.  It's in/near Edinburgh, and I don't have bookkeeping experience, or I would be all over it, just because I'd want to wotk for them so badly.  I am not even looking for work because I'm happy with my modest retirement, but I'd do this if they let me.

Anyway, here's the listing.  I found it direct from the company because I am part of tbeir community group on Facebook.

I'm sure the job would be a lot of work, but everything I've seen of them and staff photos tells me that it's a great group of people, and a great place to work.

I love this posting!

"£500 each year to spend on your passion – whatever that may be. (It’s Excel, right? Imagine how many ‘I Love Spreadsheets’ mugs you could buy for £500…)"

If I were a bookkeeper I would be applying :)

I won't lie... I do like a good spreadsheet.  But I only need one mug.  I could spend the rest of my £500 on pineapple for my pizza.

I’d eat a slice of pineapple pizza if it meant I never had to open Excel again.
