VFS site - shipping charges

I accidentally added the $70 shipping charge to my basket and I don’t see an option to remove it. I’m also having a heck of a time adding the $140 option that I need.

Anyone have any ideas?

There should be a ‘Remove’ option just under the description/next to the van picture:

I purchased the priority processing last night. Now when I go in to purchase additional services, this is what comes up. No remove button. I added the $140 option to my cart but it isn’t showing up here. I’m stumped.

Ah, that may be because you've already made a purchase under your GWF number...and so it's only giving you limited options for your second purchase.

I know people had problems with the old site, where if you didn't purchase everything in one transaction, it wouldn't let you go back in to purchase something else.

Not sure what you can do, to be honest...
- have you tried a different browser/cleared your cookies?
- can you get your package down to 2 lbs, so you can purchase the $70 service instead?

I’ve tried different browsers but haven’t cleared cookies so I’ll give that a go. Haven’t actually weighed my docs yet so maybe I can go for the $70.

Failing that, can I just purchase shipping directly from UPS?
