Hi, I'm wondering if call logs are necessary or if texts will be good enough. We have call logs for the past several years it's just very early in our relationship is what I'm concerned about.

I ask mainly because my wife and I's early conversations were on Skype and when I exported the Skype history it only preserved chat logs. Also what if our early conversations had usernames that weren't our actual names. Would explaining that in a sentence be good enough?

Anything you have is fine. You just need to show some type of communication, by whatever means you communicated.

Some people only text, some people only call, some people only email... so the type of evidence you send will depend entirely on what means of communication you used during your relationship.

You don't need to include any actual text content, just screenshots of names, dates and times of a selection of texts, in a list.

Thanks for the response. So about the differences in names, because our Skype accounts weren't our actual names early on, do you think just writing a brief statement explaining that would be okay?

Not sure if it's really necessary, but you could just add a line in the sponsor letter. Something like:
"We started communicating by Skype, with the usernames X and Y, before changing to our actual names later on"
