Do you have to notify the UK government if you move house?

So I've just moved to a flat this weekend, and I was wondering if I need to file any paperwork with the UK government? I'm in the UK on a spouse visa, and I saw online that the government has a form for tiers 1,2,3, and 5 I believe. But I was pretty sure that the family visa was not part of the tier system so I wasn't sure if that was the correct form. Cheers!

You do need to inform them of you new address.

There isn’t a form for the spousal visa so you just have to use the Tier visa form and write in that you have a settlement visa:

Alternatively, I think some people have been fine using the online form as well:

Is there any way to check what the address Home Office has on file is? I submitted a change of address a while back but am increasingly becoming paranoid that they have not recorded it.
