New service refund

So I received an unexpected letter from the Home Office stating that because my new service super premium service was not decided in 24 hrs (was 3 bd) that they were automatically refunding the premium fee! This was unexpected and unsolicited. Merry Christmas to us! Now if only my naturalisation would be decided  :P

Wow! That is great! I have read of several applicants who were/are lodging complaints  that they did not receive their decision within the promised timeframe. I guess they will all be happy now!
Married 1966, left UK 1969, returned 1998, left again 2000, returned June 2014 (husband on spousal visa) granted FLR(M) November 30th 2016  and ILR on  24th May, 2019. Yeah!
