I've been to the post office twice now (a 45 min round trip each time) and my BRP wasn't there!
I got this email from The BRP Collection Team
Thank you for your enquiry regarding your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP).
Unfortunately the production of your BRP has been delayed due to a technical issue and your enquiry has been passed to the appropriate team who will contact you in due course.
If you are not contacted within 5 working days of this email, please feel free to contact BRPOATECH@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk for more information.
If your 1 month multi entry visa has expired, we advise you not to make travel arrangements until you have received your BRP.
Please note your right to remain in the UK is not affected.
The BRP Collection Team cannot assist you any further in this matter.
We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
