I'm not going to argue with you but the post I had originally quoted had 1 BBC link and the link was for the NON-UK schools you mentioned when I was asking specifically about the UK schools YOU were speaking about as I had not heard of them. The links you referenced you added to your post when you edited it, as you usually do. They were NOT part of your originally post, hence why I asked again. Yes, I can google it, but clearly you're speaking about something very specific and I was asking for what you were specifically referencing.

I'm confused...the majority of this article doesn't seem to talk about these fake universities in terms of trying to trick home office. They only really talk about home office at the bottom of the article in the last paragraph. Seems like there's more to it than people using these fake unis to get student visas (seems more like they are using the fake unis to have a degree for employment or something. Unless I missed something (I am under the influence of NyQuil right now)

Obviously the second 2 posts about CCL are showing a fake uni for visa purposes. Definitely interesting that somebody was bold enough to say that they provided false information and are hoping to get help for how to stay in the country...that was a total bold move there to say the least...lol

Kiss of Death, you've made the mistake of tangling with Sirius on her specialist subject.   You'd almost think that fraud was a serious issue after reading all that, rather than just a tiny proportion of people.  The truth is that  most people are honest and hardworking.   Immigrants even more so than the general population as is consistently shown in research.

And risk your British citizenship being removed? Under the changes to the Immigration Act, you wouldn't revert back to ILR. It would cost you much more than that £100 to go through that visa process again from scratch.
