The letter must match her BRP exactly.  Like exactly.

You need to provide any of the items listed on the Life in the UK registration page.  :)  They have a list of what they will accept.

Also, does her BRP class as her document? So I don’t have to worry about letters matching etc?

The BRP is the ID, you can also use her passport.

The bill/bank statement etc, is the proof of address.

When you book the appointment, the name you use on the booking form must match the ID and the proof of address exactly.

When you say exactly, does the title matter bc my brp doesn’t have one but a lot of mail does?

Congrats! In my experience, that was the hardest part.

I would suggest reading everything carefully. Twice. And again.
When compiling documents required, I place them all in a folder in the order listed.
We also aid extra for a document checking service and went with a bunch of extra documents that we didn't need but wanted to cover every possibility.

Good luck with the rest! The people on this forum are so helpful. Asking questions here definitely puts you on the right path!

FYI - I had an issue when trying to take my Life in the UK test because my passport only says the state in which I was born and the test application requested the city.
So, I followed the instructions TO THE LETTER and put "Detroit" as my birthplace.
But when I went to take the test, they questioned the fact that my passport said "Michigan."
I explained that Detroit is in Michigan, but they weren't pleased. They Googled it to confirm it and scolded me, although I did nothing wrong.

That's really interesting that they gave you a hassle. I took my test last week and, though they questioned the discrepancy, the person just made a note that the town was in Ohio, no problem. Plenty of Americans take that test so it's not like they won't have seen it before.
