So on the form it asks for the account number. Would that be the full routing-account number or just the individual account number within the bank?
I think you mean the sort code? UK bank do not have routing numbers?

Whatever the full set of numbers is. I downloaded both accounts as spreadsheets to compare balances on given dates. At the top of the download they provided a series of numbers {hyphen} account number. It's the same as what's on my checks.

Think you mean cheques?  PS. An FBAR reports numerous kind of accounts that are not bank accounts?
