Held all of our pots and pans for years. Never a problem. So can definitely take a lot of weight. Also had cats on it from time to time.
I've got the paper at home to say how much weight it can take. I'll check for you when I'm in from work (remind me)
I'm definitely incorporating this into my kitchen design, then! Wheeeeeee! I've never been a fan of the lazy Susan type of thing (stuff falls over when spinning round, then it wedges between the shelf and the wall and it won't spin, and you can't reach back to get it unstuck... it's a pain!). But
this is a good use of space. I'm definitely doing it. Even if it couldn't take a lot of weight, it's got to be better than not using that space at all. Yay!
Thanks, KoD... the cold hard facts will help me if I need to convince my husband that it's not just a gimmick.
