RN or LPN degree in UK to find a job in USA

Hello my people

After brainstorming what I can do for my second career, I am considering a degree as LPN ( I would like to aim for RN eventually )

The plan is to move back to New York to find a job after completing the course.
I would prefer to enrol a course in New York but it would be cheaper to do it in London because I don't have living expenses to worry about.

What is uncertain is that does it make sense to just finish the course here ONLY to go back to USA to find a job?
I don't think I want to be here that much longer but it is a good environment to just devote to study because I don't enjoy living here

If you know good school in London or if you are in this field, I would appreciate if you can point me to right direction.
