Kinda Daft Question about going back

Slightly off topic, but as a dual UK/US citizen, if I were to marry an UK citizen, and than decided to move back to the States within 2 years,  can I assume that I can go through the DCF process?

Yep. You'd be applying as a US Citizen to get your UK spouse into the US through marriage. Providing that you actually live in the UK at the time, this is the process you'd go through.

a note to Amy, you dont HAVE to apply via DCF. You can apply through the service centers in the US. It might take a bit longer than on DCF but it surely wont take two years! Also you might have the option of applying for a visa that will allow your husband to join you in the USA while the applications are processing. Its a special visa that helps ensure a family unit stay together during long application periods. You can find out more on the "INS" website. It might be something to look into anyway.
