No where on the list of documents does it say i need to include it in my application, so im just confused if i should be or not. below is a list of everything we scanned in last night. If i dont need the expired one am i missing anything else? sorry for the triple check here

there are so many scanning catagories we didnt put anything in, so im just worried i am missing something.
