What to give to employer to prove visa extension by submitting FLR(M) Appl.

My D-i-Ls employer has notified her that her right to work runs out on 5/3/20 when her visa expires. She has now submitted her online application for FLR(M) so this extends her right to work until her visa extension decision is made.

What information does she need to provide her employer so she can continue to work beyond 5/3/20 - just the application reference number or something else?

Here's a very recent thread on the subject. The applicant had applied for ILR but it applies equally for FLR.
