OKAY I stayed on hold for like an hour and got through to someone who was amazing and I got it cancelled their end and they rebooked me at the Chelmsford location for the 31st. I had to pay the extra amount but they said they’d refund me the amount within 10 days because of this whole situation. Glad I just got paid today...Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Good to hear. I just submitted my application yesterday. What I wasn't aware of or naively ignored was that the appointments have fees of their own! What a lovely surprise!Will wait till the end of this week before I book an appointment near me (aiming towards a weekend in April after the lockdown is over).
