I-129Fs being used for 2 different visa types

This is just a general notice to let everyone know that the I-129F is being used for two different visa types. Both fiance(e) and K-3/4 Visa applicants should use this form, however they should go to different addresses.

For fiance(e)s -

Send application to the Service Center which has jurisdiction over your current or last place of residence in the USA.


For K-3/4 Visas -

send applications to:

      U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
      P.O. Box 7218
      Chicago, IL 60680-7218
Me (US/UK), DH (UK/US), DD (US/UK)
